We are absolutely delighted to announce that PhysioPod® UK will be exhibiting at the upcoming International Head & Neck Cancer Conference in Blackpool this November.

Surviving head and neck cancer is a major milestone, but we know the physical journey often continues for patients dealing with Head and Neck Lymphoedema (HNL), radiogenic fibrosis, and fragile surgical sites. We are incredibly excited to attend this prestigious event to meet with patients, carers, and world-renowned health professionals to discuss the latest advancements in lymphoedema care.

What to Expect at Our Stand:

  • Discuss Our Latest Research: Mary and Julie will be on hand to discuss the findings from our recent independent national survey, "Phase 1 Analysis: UK Treatments & Experiences of Head and Neck Lymphoedema (HNL): Survey Results & Clinical Signals.". We look forward to sharing these vital clinical signals and discussing how we can collectively bridge the 'efficacy gap' in standard care.

  • Experience Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT): Visitors will have the opportunity to feel the therapy for themselves! We will demonstrate how our gentle, heat-free electrostatic field safely penetrates 8 cm into the tissue without requiring any painful downward pressure. We will also have Connie on stand demonstrating how she applies the therapy in self treatment.

  • Targeted Relief for Complex Symptoms: Learn how DOT effectively breaks up deep-seated adhesions, softens "woody" radiogenic fibrosis, and rapidly reduces oedema. We will also demonstrate why it is uniquely safe and comfortable to use on highly fragile surgical sites, bone grafts, and metal plates.
