Trevor is the director of The Tendring Osteopaths and has been working at Frinton-on-Sea and Harwich since 2005. He also has a successful practice at The Virgin Active Health Club in Brentwood where he treats a variety of sports related conditions. Prior to completing his degree in Osteopathy at The College of Osteopaths Trevor had successfully completed the Diploma in the Treatment and Management of Injury through the Football Association Medical Education Centre. He gained experience working with local football teams and running clubs where he was able to use his skills in massage, sports massage, and sports injuries. Trevor had continued his development as an osteopath completing course in acupuncture, scenar therapy, laser therapy, gait analysis and more recently muscle activation. This has led him to include modern technology to help assess and treat his clients of all ages. He continues to follow the advances and research on biomechanics and movement. He has a vast experience from seeing the more sporty client to the senior citizens, all of which can be helped with osteopathy.
