Tracey has dedicated 27 years to the field of remedial massage therapy. Over the last decade, she has been updating her professional skills while still maintaining the ethos of her business, which focuses on empowering, rejuvenating, and refreshing clients.

Professional Journey and Qualifications

Tracey qualified as a massage therapist in 1997. Throughout her career, she travelled extensively, gaining diverse experiences in various cultures regarding body care. This journey led her to realise that she wanted to share her vast knowledge and experiences, empowering women to live a balanced life.

In 2019, Tracey expanded her expertise by qualifying in reflexology and earning a CITBAC diploma. Her commitment to enhancing her skills continued with an aromatherapy diploma in 2023. Additionally, she completed Manual Lymph Drainage levels 1, 2, and 3 from the school of Dr Vodder in Ireland. She has achieved the status of an advanced therapist in manual lymph drainage.

Tracey recently has added the Deep Oscillation therapy machine to the list of treatments available in her salon. The deep oscillator aids in recovery from various conditions, including lipoedema, lymphoedema, post-surgery, muscle stiffness, injuries, dark circles under the eyes, fibromyalgia, and COPD.

Ethos and Philosophy

Tracey's business philosophy revolves around the client's empowerment, rejuvenation, and refreshment. Her approach is holistic, aiming to address both physical and emotional well-being. She believes in the importance of listening to one's body and adheres to the quote, "Listen to your body whisper so you don't have to hear it scream." —unknown.

I worked with Monica Conway and her machine, I loved the benefits of the Deep O. I found Physiopod from the internet when I went searching for Deep Oscillation therapies.
