Tina Murray is an Advanced Clinical Sports Massage Therapist, TMJ Dysfunction Specialist, and elite lymphoedema practitioner based at Old Mill Therapies in Holmfirth. Dedicated to clinical excellence and holistic, patient-centred care, she seamlessly combines advanced manual techniques with Deep Oscillation to address the underlying causes of chronic pain, structural tightness, and fluid congestion. Tina is deeply committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure her patients receive the most advanced care possible. She has recently achieved advanced qualifications in Specialist Lipoedema Management and Advanced Management for Therapists with the Lymphoedema Training Academy, earning her the prestigious LTA Cert (DLT) and LTA Cert (Lip) credentials. Tina has also completed specialised training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for Post-Surgery, offering comprehensive pre- and post-operative support for cancer, joint, and cosmetic procedures. Further expanding her advanced post-operative skillset, she is currently undertaking postgraduate training in Advanced MLD and Treatment Protocols for Aesthetics and Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery Patients.
