Personal Profile
My main 3 areas of interests are to help patients with Lymphoedema and Lipoedema using MLD to reduce the limb size and get it to a manageable state and then teaching patients how to self-manage their condition in order to lead as normal a life as possible. I also specialise in Post Cosmetic Surgery treatments using MLD and Deep Oscillation to speed up healing time by reducing oedema. I get enormous fulfilment in helping to empower patients to manage their conditions through self lymphatic therapy (SLT), exercise, breathing and diet. I use a variety of techniques in my treatments, including one or both MLD techniques, as well as drawing from my experience in exercise as a Sports Scientist from Loughborough University and my experience in both nutrition and health.
I also specialise in Equine MLD, due to my great love of animals and in my spare time I am either surfing, swimming, doing fitness, dancing, cycling or globe-trotting in the search of new cultures.
