Personal Profile
Susannah Cogger MCthA CNHC
I like to help people improve their quality of life at whatever stage they are at, whether it's for a relaxing treat, a sports injury, or a chronic health condition. I began my training 25 years ago with the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine. I have continued to train over the years with qualifications from ITEC, City & Guilds, Jennifer Young Oncology, the JING method of advanced clinical massage and Restore Scar Therapy. My qualifications include gentle aromatherapy, Indian head, hot stone, sports, and scar massage for surgery, oncology, burns, and injuries. I use clinical massage for symptoms like dental pain, tinnitus relief, and muscle injury. All my training enables me to provide better therapy for everybody.
Alongside my private practice, I am privileged to work with several local hospitals and charities to support patients and their carers. I support patients through their cancer journey from diagnosis through recovery. I work with the palliative care team, providing therapy to patients while they are in the hospital. I collaborate with the Motor Neurone Disease Association, providing therapy for patients in their homes to improve their quality of life.
I am registered with the CthA (Complementary Therapy Association), AOC (Aromatherapy Organisation Council) and the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and have a current DBS check.
My approach is both preventative and supportive, working together to stop pain from recurring; I tailor each treatment to your needs, using my knowledge and experience to provide you with the best massage.
