"I offer sessions in holistic massage and one to one yoga. I have always been interested in how the body works which led me to become a massage therapist and yoga teacher. I enjoy helping others to obtain their own optimal health. I am a professionally trained and registered therapist with BCMB (Bristol College of Massage and Bodyworks) I am registered with the IMA (International Massage Association) MTI (Massage Training Institute) and CNHC (Complimentary Natural Healthcare Council) I believe that massage along with a balanced diet and regular exercise will help to maintain a healthy life style, bringing balance to the mind and body I have regular treatments as part of my own healthcare, massage is not a treat but part of my own healthcare plan I practice in Malvern and the surrounding areas where I have a clinic at The Fold Bransford. Home visits are by arrangement
