Personal Profile
Having had a career previously within a stressful commercial working environment I decided to retrain focusing on therapies which would be beneficial to myself and others. My initial interest was in positive touch, relaxation, anxiety and stress relieving therapies. I then went on to train at Glyndwr University in Wrexham and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Complementary Therapies for Healthcare with the core therapies of massage, reflexology and aromatherapy all studied to a clinical and evidence-based level. I have continued to expand my knowledge and skill levels in areas which have been beneficial for my clients in helping them live physically and emotionally comfortable lives.
