Consultation 15 Mins & DEEP OSCILLATION® Treatment 1 Hour

 

The consultation will cover your medical history and any symptoms or injuries you may have, please however ensure that you have discussed with the therapist any contra indications you may have prior to booking as treatment may be refused if deemed not appropriate for you. Following this the therapist will undertake a 1 hr treatments session which will cover DEEP OSCILLATION® in up to 3 separate areas of the body, depending on your individual requirements.

 

DEEP OSCILLATION® Treatment 1 Hour 

 

Follow up treatment which will cover up to three areas of the body

 

DEEP OSCILLATION® Treatment 30 Minutes

 

Follow up 30 min treatment which will cover one part of the body

 

DEEP OSCILLATION® Full Body MOT 2 Hours 15 Minutes

 

This DEEP OSCILLATION® treatment looks to give your body a full MOT, flushing out toxins and addressing muscular problems you may or may not know about. The treatment will include a 15 minute consultation if it is your first visit but please remember to check out the contraindications prior to booking.

"I am a fully qualified Sports Therapist & Personal Trainer and like other like-minded experts, I‘ve learned to share my experience through a combination of doing and education. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My Career started in the mid 1980's when I studied Nutrition and trained as a Chef. After 5 years of travelling and working in countries as far afield as Australia, I returned to the UK.  It was soon after this I realised that I wanted to pursue a new career path through my love of sport. Over the next 15 years I retrained and working as a Duty Manager, Fitness Instructor and Swimming Coach going on to manage private Fitness Clubs and Leisure Centres including Ponds Forge International Sports Centre. Up until 2006 I also trained hard and competed around the world in Lifeguarding Competitions. I captained the British Team and won medals at National, European, Commonwealth and World levels even breaking a world record in the process. These years were fantastic and they taught me self discipline on how to get the best out of your body. They also provided me with a thirst for more knowledge on how the body works and more importantly how to repair the body when injured.

As my body got older and training got harder, I visited many specialists and whilst most treatments did help (some better than others) it was the deep oscillation treatment which really stood out for me and was the trigger for me to want to study and eventually become qualified to administer this fantastic therapy. My only regret is I didn't discover it sooner when I was competing at my prime"
