Post Partum Mastitis Resolved with Deep Oscillation

I would like to share with you my experience with deep oscillation in patients with postpartum mastitis of 4 days for one patient and 5 days for the other patient. I used the postpartum breast protocol, as well as massage and a joint approach with the breastfeeding clinic, where the patients were previously treated with the breast pump.
Treatment combined: Breast Pump and Gloved Hands on Deep Oscillation
PATIENT ONE
Redness, heat, pain and in addition, obstructed milk flow since baby was born, left breast had no milk flow and baby fed only from right breast. Patient received antibiotics for fever.
PATIENT TWO
Redness, heat, pain, but no fever, not treated with antibiotics.
Treatment Protocol
Breast pump and Deep Oscillation
Indication: Deep Oscillation Postpartum for inflammation & obstruction: for the mitigation of pain, lymphostasis and normalisation of oedema
Deep Oscillation Treatment Parameters
1. Frequency: 90Hz
Duration: 10 mins
2. Frequency: 75 Hz
Duration - 5 mins
(NB. In severe cases treatment can be carried out up to 1 week, once or twice a day)
Results
For both patients: reduced pain on palpation, reduced redness and warmth, additionally in patient one, on day two, after 12 minutes of deep oscillation treatment milk flowed naturally from left breast

In August 2021, in a special video research report, Dr. Miguel Amore and María Del Rosario Pineda proved lymph is driven (with ICG) by Deep Oscillation equipment (just with the oscillator applicator head moving gently over the surface of the skin).
