About Pippa Whitffield
I have been working in the sports industry since 2015, initially coaching bootcamps and myself taking an active interest in long distance running. It was after a few niggly injuries that I wanted to understand more deeply how the body moves and what I could change/adapt to recover from my injuries and to be able to help others too. This led me to qualify in sports massage and remedial therapy and very quickly this became my focus.
I noticed that the use of manual therapy along with exercise can help pretty much everybody recover from aches, pains and daily niggles.
It has always been a dream of mine to have a safe space where people can come and receive treatment as well as access knowledge on exercises to help move better and be free of pain.
