DEEP OSCILLATION® Therapy
Deep Oscillation is clinically proven, gentle, non-invasive, and relaxing electrostatic field therapy that permeates to a depth of 8cm, enhancing the body's natural healing process. Having moved to a client base that increasingly needs advanced fluid drainage and tissue healing in recent years, Nina has integrated DEEP OSCILLATION® into her clinic to further enhance her manual techniques and post-operative results.
Because of the non-invasive, non-traumatic, gentle nature of this therapy, very early possibilities of application are possible following injury and from Day One postoperatively. Chronic conditions can also be managed effectively.
DEEP OSCILLATION® is an internationally patented, proven technology based on the effects of creating an electrostatic field in the tissue of the patient. Easy application is from therapist to patient/client via hygienic, vinyl-gloved hands; utilising all normal massage movements or via circular movements over the tissue with a handheld applicator.
The special structure of DEEP OSCILLATION® enables the generation of biologically effective oscillations in the treated tissue through electrostatic attraction and release. In contrast to other therapies, these pleasant oscillations have a gentle, deep-acting effect on all tissue components to a depth of 8 cm (through the skin, connective tissue, subcutaneous fat, muscles, and lymphatic structures) with minimal pressure.
About Nina Caton Gupta
Nina has spent fifteen years working with people through some of life's more physically and emotionally demanding chapters—complex health conditions like lymphoedema, lipoedema and cancer, post-surgical recovery, and pregnancy. These are areas where precision, patience, and careful clinical thinking matter, and where she has always felt most at home. What keeps her in this work is fairly simple: seeing that something gentle and well-directed can make a real difference to how someone feels in their body.
Vodder-certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Nina also holds advanced training in Complex Decongestive Therapy for lymphoedema, oncology massage, post-surgical treatment (specialising in post-liposuction MLD), and scar therapy, alongside a broad foundation in remedial and holistic massage and reflexology.
She takes time with health histories, adapts each session to how the client is on the day, and tries to bring the same careful attention to everyone she works with. Having worked in hospital and physiotherapy clinic settings, she now sees clients from her home-based practice in Kingston, where every session is with her, ensuring continuity of care.
