Survey: UK Treatments and Experiences with Head and Neck Lymphoedema (HNL)
A survey for all individuals living in the UK with HNL and the Healthcare Professionals who support them.
1st October, 2025
Good Morning
Welcome to the launch of our independent, company-led survey, focusing on Head and Neck Lymphoedema (HNL) and its management, as promised in our special edition 40th PhysioPod® UK NewsMagazine last month.
|
|
This comprehensive UK survey aims to address a well-recognised gap in the existing literature by exploring effective interventions and self-management strategies for HNL.
HNL affects up to 90% of individuals treated for head and neck cancer.
We are gathering vital evidence from those living with HNL and the Healthcare Professionals supporting them (regardless of whether DEEP OSCILLATION® has been incorporated into treatment or not).
Your anonymous and confidential participation is vital to compiling the meaningful statistics needed to accurately define unmet needs in service provision, to define current challenges, and demonstrate how effective therapies, such as Deep Oscillation can improve care, enhance quality of life, and offer a cost-effective solution for health services.
We may use the findings in reports, presentations, or publications to raise awareness and promote the wider adoption of cost-effective treatment solutions. We sincerely appreciate your input, which will help make genuine progress in improving HNL care.
