New Streamlined Ordering and Payment Options at PhysioPod® UK Ltd for Consumables
Welcome to our new and improved ordering process! As a busy two-person team, Julie and I are always looking for ways to make things smoother, faster, and more convenient for our wonderful PhysioPod community.
Easier, Faster Payments
We are thrilled to announce that you no longer need to phone through your order to pay by card.
Moving forward, when we process your order, your invoice will include a secure online payment link. You can simply click the link to pay securely by card at your convenience.
Alternatively, if you prefer our traditional method, you can still pay directly into our bank account just as before. All of our bank details will continue to be provided at the bottom of your invoice for easy reference.
How to Place Your Order
To ensure every order receives our full attention, we kindly ask that you send all consumable requests directly to our centralised inbox at info@physiopod.co.uk rather than via social media or by phone. This helps us manage our workload efficiently and ensures no request gets missed.
When emailing your order, it is incredibly helpful if you know the part number of the item you wish to purchase. However, if you don't know it, don't worry!
