"So, Good Morning. Today I am going to be doing a Lipoedema Liposuction on a lady who has got stage three disease and if you look at her lower limbs you can see how significantly enlarged they are with circumferential fat deposition. Now something I have relatively recently introduced into my practice is I like patients with stage three disease to have what's called Deep Oscillation therapy and it works on, it basically breaks up the fibrosis in these very large limbs and what I found it makes a huge difference to softening the fat. The softer the fat, the less traumatic it is to remove it, the less the patient bleeds, and the quicker the recovery with less complications for the patient. So this lady has gone on to have Deep Oscillation therapy and I must say, her legs today are so soft, which is really pleasing for me because I know this fat will come out quite easily. So you'll join me a bit later on, when I am half through the operation and show you how I am getting on."
