For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in the body and the wonderful feeling of balance and harmony that an in-tune and healthy body can give you. Playing many types of sport has given me my fair share of injury and pain, and during these periods of being out of the game has given me and insight and led me to the conclusion that prevention is better than cure!

So my journey started with Yoga to keep me flexible, and my mind open to new ways.

Eventually, the love of my personal practice evolved, and I became a yoga teacher, qualifying with The British Wheel of Yoga. As I moved forward on my path, I came across the wonders of Aromatherapy and the everyday benefits that are available to all of us, from babies to adolescents to adults to OAP's. As my understanding grew more profound and I found I was not getting so many injuries or getting frustrated with everyday life, my search for something new led me to discover Reiki and Traditional Japanese Medicine.
