Lucy Culshaw brings an exceptional wealth of care, dedication, and clinical expertise to her practice. Her professional journey began with supporting autistic adults at a local charity, followed by a distinguished eighteen-year career in education, where she advanced to the roles of Assistant Head Teacher and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDCO). This extensive background in specialist support and leadership deeply informs her clinical approach today, allowing her to offer profound empathy, highly adaptive care, and active listening to every client she treats. After retiring from teaching in 2024 to return to her lifelong passion for massage therapy—which she first studied in 2000—Lucy has built a comprehensive clinical repertoire. She has rapidly qualified in a wide array of specialised modalities, including advanced MLD through the Lymphoedema Training Academy, RESTORE Advanced Scar Therapy, and Petra Erving’s Aftercare Academy for post-operative recovery. Committed to the philosophy of lifelong learning, she continuously updates her education to ensure her clients receive the highest standard of tailored, evidence-based care.
