Because of the non-invasive, non-traumatic, gentle nature of this therapy, very early possibilities of application are possible following injury and from Day One post operatively. Chronic conditions can also be worked upon with effective results.
DEEP OSCILLATION® is an internationally patented, proven technology based on the effects of creating an electrostatic field in the tissue of the patient. Easy application is from therapist to patient/client via hygienic, vinyl gloved hands; utilizing all normal massage movements or via circular movements over the tissue with a handheld applicator.
The special structure of DEEP OSCILLATION® allows the creation of biologically effective oscillations in the treated tissue using electrostatic attraction and friction. In contrast to other therapies, these pleasant oscillations have a gentle and deep-acting effect on all tissue components to an 8 cm depth (through skin, connective tissue, subcutaneous fat, muscles, blood and lymph vessels).

Lizzy Caldwell – Specialist Women’s Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist | Pilates Teacher
With 25 years of experience, Lizzy Caldwell is a physiotherapist known for her compassion, integrity and deep commitment to helping people move with confidence and live with ease. A specialist in women’s health physiotherapy with extensive musculoskeletal expertise, she supports clients with everything from pelvic health concerns to persistent pain, postural issues and everyday movement challenges.
Lizzy’s path to physiotherapy began long before her training — and quite by accident. At just five years old, she was given a toy stethoscope and a nurse’s outfit, sparking her early certainty that she would one day work in a caring profession. Nursing seemed the obvious choice, until her dad jokingly suggested, “Why don’t you become a physiotherapist? It pays better.” That was all the convincing she needed; she proudly announced to anyone who would listen that she was going to be a physiotherapist, having absolutely no idea what the job actually involved — only that it sounded wonderfully important.
A year later, fate intervened. During a hospital visit with her mum, Lizzy was, in her own words, “being a little madam,” and a kind physiotherapist offered to take her on a tour so her mum could chat in peace. That physio had no idea she was shaping the course of a child’s future. As she guided Lizzy around the hospital, showing her the wide range of people physiotherapists could help, a spark was lit. Lizzy left that ward completely hooked — and from that moment, she never looked back.
Today, that early spark has grown into a career grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice and a genuine love for helping people. For nearly 20 years, Lizzy has also taught matwork and reformer Pilates, blending movement and rehabilitation to create a supportive, thoughtful and transformative approach for her clients.
Passionate about physiotherapy, Pilates and women’s health, Lizzy’s mission is simple: to empower every person she works with to feel stronger, more connected and fully supported — no matter where they are on their journey.
