Lindsey is a clinical massage therapist who specialises in remedial massage, manual lymph drainage (MLD), scar therapy, and oncology massage. She holds the BTEC level 6, the highest massage qualification possible in the UK, having intensely studied clinical massage since 2016 at Jing Advanced Massage Training. Lindsey employs a holistic approach, tailoring treatments to ease specific symptoms and enhance overall well-being with deep and gentle care.
Her focus on oncology massage began when cancer affected her family, which led her to recognise the importance of gentle touches for stress reduction, better sleep, and pain relief. MLD complements this work by assisting clients who experience lymphatic accumulation following injury or surgery (e.g., after hip replacement or cosmetic procedures). Lindsey works most frequently in her private treatment room in Hove and volunteers weekly at the Macmillan Horizon Centre in Brighton, massaging people living with and beyond cancer.
