"I have been practising holistic health therapy since 2000. My previous work in the health sector as a Care Manager helped me realise the importance of a holistic approach to life. The body, mind, and soul are the primary drivers of well-being and optimal health. During my initial therapy training, I met a lifelong friend who had recovered from breast cancer. She encouraged me to train in Manual Lymph Drainage. MLD is a very effective treatment for lymphoedema following breast cancer treatment and is recommended by NICE. Deep Oscillation Therapy has been invaluable for clients both before and after surgery, as it reduces pressure on the skin's surface. This therapy promotes faster healing, reduces bruising, and eases scar tissue. It has improved fibrotic tissue and addressed many other health issues. I am passionate about my work and continually encouraged by the health improvements I see in my individual clients through my therapy treatments, both now and over the past 25 years of practice as a holistic therapist."
