Joe Pickering offers Sports Massage which is an effective technique for releasing tension and restoring balance to the musculoskeletal system. It is valuable to an athlete’s preparation and recovery, preventing injury and helping to achieve optimal performance. It also has benefits for everyone, athlete or not. Typically, it is used before or after an athletic event, and many athletes use it regularly as an integral part of their training regime.
DEEP OSCILLATION® can be applied immediately after an injury, reducing pain and swelling and boosting the natural healing process by 50%
Athletes can now enjoy an earlier return to play after injuries have been treated with gentle, non invasive DEEP OSCILLATION®.
Treatments are also available for foot conditions including Corns, Verrucaes and cracked heels. Removal of areas of hard skin and treatment of possible problems that may be causing it is available as well as Nail Cuts.
A Parafin Wax bath is also offered for chronic aches and pains in the hands, wrists, ankles, elbows or feet. Complimented with DEEP OSCILLATION, it is very helpful for arthritis and ligament strains.
