For the past 14 years, Giedre has dedicated her clinical practice to empowering women and men to achieve their optimal health goals through natural medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle management. 

Driven by an immense passion for learning, Giedre's insatiable curiosity about the power of holistic health and natural healing has led to an in-depth exploration of various disciplines, including Chinese Medicine, bodywork, lymphatics, energy healing, and nutrition. 

As a licensed Acupuncturist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner (Dr. Vodder method), and Massage Therapist, Giedre practices at several clinics in central London. 

Continuing to explore the intricate connections between the body, mind, and spirit, Giedre remains grateful for the opportunities to contribute to the health and well-being of others.
