In 2017, Elaine opened her private practice in the picturesque seaside village of Rush in North County Dublin while also working with the Irish Defence Forces. She is qualified in Lymphatic Drainage using the Dr. Vodder technique and holds certifications in Level 1, 2, and 3 sports, remedial massage therapy, and pregnancy massage. Additionally, she is a Physical Training and Pilates Instructor.
Since retiring from the Irish Defence Forces, Elaine has divided her time between her therapy clinic and her two young daughters. She has a strong interest in sports, fitness, and health, completing ultra marathons, triathlons, adventure races, and half marathons.
