About Dr Alison Merrick

 

Alison has a background in medical research and worked at St James’s in Leeds for 10 years developing ways of stimulating the immune system to fight cancer. Alison works with people who wish to optimise their health as well as those with specific injuries or chronic conditions and aims to give all round support, believing that treatment must be adapted to the needs of the individual. Alison is also a yoga practitioner teaches relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques for general well-being and to manage stress and anxiety.
