- Post-Operative MLD: Targeted pre- and post-op care designed to reduce pain, limit fluid retention, and speed up wound healing. This is highly beneficial for reconstructive, plastic, or lipoedema surgeries (such as liposuction).

Prompted by glowing recommendations from fellow lymphoedema therapists who found the unit invaluable in their daily work, Deborah invested in the technology to help her breast cancer clients safely manage and reduce fibrosis, swelling, and pain.
Where appropriate, DEEP OSCILLATION® is combined with Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to permeate up to an 8cm depth. This gentle therapy enhances the body's natural healing process, minimises post-operative inflammation, and speeds up overall recovery.

Deborah Lyon is a highly qualified Lymphatic Specialist providing expert clinical care in Bridge of Allan, Stirling, and the surrounding regions. Operating from a safe, private, and deeply relaxing clinic environment, Deborah brings over 20 years of experience as a therapist to her practice. She holds specialist expertise in the lymphatic system, delivering advanced treatments for complex cases and compromised lymphatic systems.
Deborah is a certified Lymphoedema Therapist trained with the Lymphoedema Therapy Academy (FG-MLD). She is an active member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), MLD UK, The British Lymphology Society (BLS), Lipoedema UK, and Talk Lipoedema.
Professional Journey & Philosophy
Deborah’s transition into deep lymphatic specialisation began during her dedicated work in oncology care. While providing gentle, restorative oncology massage, she quickly realised that a much more in-depth knowledge of the lymphatic system was required to fully support her clients’ recovery journeys. This clinical insight also inspired her to explore the important role of scar tissue in overall lymphatic flow.
Today, as a certified Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner, Deborah utilises evidence-informed techniques to improve the physical state of scar tissue. By releasing tight adhesions, minimising pain, and reducing tissue sensitivity, she helps clients restore natural movement and flow. Collaborating closely with her clients, Deborah equips them with the education and tools needed to self-manage their ongoing healing journeys.
