About Cool Health
Carole Caplin and Rachel Henry
Carole Caplin and Rachel Henry are the driving forces behind Cool Health Ltd. With over 50 years of combined experience in the health and fitness industry, their partnership was founded in 2020 following their meeting at a central London clinic in 2017.
Both Carole and Rachel are Corrective Exercise Specialists, Clinical Massage Therapists, and ScarWork Revision Practitioners. Carole is an advanced practitioner and assistant teacher of Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork, and is certified in Soma Training and ELDOA—advanced biomechanical techniques that improve posture, mobility, and fascial health. Rachel is also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy, a table-based myofascial stretching technique that originated in North America.
Cool Health’s methodology is rooted in detailed client assessments, forming the foundation for personalised programmes that address injury and pain management, functional movement issues, functional nutrition, and corrective and preventative exercise. The rehab and performance based programmes are blended with their hands-on therapies—such as clinical multi faceted massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, ScarWork, and myofascial release—and lifestyle management. Delivered as part of a whole-person approach focused on sustainable habits and lasting results, their integrated, evidence-informed care is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Together, they offer a comprehensive suite of services aimed at addressing a range of health concerns, including:
- Chronic and acute spinal issues
- Orthopaedic prehabilitation and rehabilitation
- Pain management
- Soft tissue injuries
- Postural imbalances
- Hypermobility
- Musculoskeletal dysfunction
- Sports performance enhancement
In addition, their work also encompasses support for inflammatory issues, adrenal fatigue, digestive disorders, and hormone imbalances.
Cool Health Ltd. serves a diverse clientele, from athletes, professionals across industries, performing artists, individuals undergoing prehabilitation or recovering from surgery, and those seeking to avoid orthopaedic procedures. Clients range in age from 18 to well into their 90s. Their proven results have led to regular referrals from consultants on Harley Street. Carole and Rachel also collaborate closely with a trusted network of professionals, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach that leaves no stone unturned in the pursuit of optimal health outcomes.
How did you hear about DEEP OSCILLATION®? What prompted you to buy?
Carole and Emma Holly have worked very closely together and when Emma went away, having just got her Deep Oscillation machine, she gave it to Carole for a couple of weeks to try, and Carole, Rachel, and the clients loved it.
