DEEP OSCILLATION®

Claire works with Derby County Women’s Football Club as their Sports Therapist,
for rehab and pitch side support
With ten years of experience working with personal training clients and coaches, Claire is excellent at implementing effective treatment plans and rehab and manual therapy for athletes and the general public. She builds relationships quickly and gains trust. She is highly-recognised for providing quick and successful improvements and recovery.
Claire, now 47, has always had a passion to help people, from when she first qualified as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Noticing at an early stage that her clients tended to have knee issues, back pain and neck pain and so began her journey to see how she could best help them which lead her to just completing a BSC Degree in Sports and Exercise Therapy.
Claire is hugely looking forward to helping those who need it via her extensive knowledge and experience and she is excited to educate, treat and improve everyone’s lives.
