"I am a fully qualified and insured Structural Bodyworker and Clinical Massage Practitioner based in Belfast. I have been running my clinic in the east of the city for the past six years. Previously I have lived and worked in Paris were I gained a wide range of experience and opportunities to grow as a therapist. My experience centred around Roland Garros and professional Tennis players as well as being a part of an internal fitness centre for a large international company.My training started in Southampton University where the highly respected LSSM (London School of Soft Tissue Massage) offered the highest level of Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy over a two year period.Shortly after my training continued in Oxford at the KMI (Kinesis Myofascial Integration) training centre led by James Earls (Born to walk and Fascial Release for Structural Balance Author) The KMI Brand was founded by Thomas Myers who developed the ground breaking theory of Myofascial Meridians and the Anatomy Trains concept. KMI is one of several schools that is recognised by the International Association of Structural Integrators as a provider of quality education in Structural Bodywork. I am a member of IASI and passed the exam to be Board Certified.On my return to my home town I spent two and a half years at the National Training Centre in Dublin completing my Higher Diploma in Neuromuscular Therapy. This course was taught by world renowned tutors such as Dr. Leon Chaitow, Judith DeLaney, John Sharkey to name just a few.I have also completed training in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Frequency Specific Microcurrent.I am fully qualified in the Vodder technique training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy, Level 1, 2 and 3 which enables me to specialise and offer treatment for those who are suffering from Lymphoedema."

Deep oscillation was first introduced to me in my Vodder Training, in Austria it was evident that Deep oscillation was an essential tool for practitioners treating Lymphedema and Lipoedema patients.

RESULTS

I purchased my deep oscillation device from physiopod over two years ago and use it on all oedema patients but especially those with stubborn fibrotic tissues. Deep oscillation works quickly and effectively at softening the tissues, aiding drainage which overall increases positive outcomes. As a specialist in myofascial bodywork I found that deep oscillation is an incredible tool to help release adhesions and fibrosis in the tissues in a very safe and pain free way.
I have seen huge benefits with fibromyalgia sufferers as they welcome the gentle vibrations on the skin and by the end of the session their pain level has greatly reduced.
For me deep oscillation is a must have for all multidisciplinary practitioners and clinics.
