Abigail Strike is a Sports Massage Therapist based in the beautiful city of Bath. She qualified with Active IQ Level 4 with Team Bath, treating professional athletes under the watchful eye of experts in the field.

Abi will tailor a treatment according to any injuries and needs, her approach is holistic to improve movement and rehabilitation, with an understanding of muscles, tendons and ligaments of the fascial network, of the lymphatic system and the deeper way massage can help recovery. For pure relaxation as well as stress and tension relief, reduction of inflammation and helping the healing process.

Abigail is passionate about helping her clients with a relaxed approach bringing treatments into your home, making sure she makes you feel comfortable during your assessment and treatment.

She recognises a wide range of issues, niggles and complications, which can effect every day movement. Each treatment consists of a visual assessment, range of movement and special tests* This enables Abigail to choose the appropriate course of treatment(s) tailored to her clients specific needs.
