A 17-Year Testament: Long-Term Lymphoedema Management at Home and Abroad
In this testament, 77-year-old Trevor Spinks reflects on his 17-year journey managing chronic Primary Lymphoedema with his dependable personal Deep Oscillation device, both at home and while travelling abroad. He shares how this portable machine effectively unblocks his lymphatic system and provides immense pain relief, calling the purchase the best impulsive decision of his life.

"Don't forget your PhysioPod!"
I purchased my 'Personal' PHYSIOMED DEEP OSCILLATION equipment from PHYSIOPOD approximately seventeen years ago, acting upon the recommendation of the Lymphodema practitioner who was attending to me at that point in time. After having some trial treatment experiences of the Deep Oscilllator in the Lymphoedema clinic, the relief that I experienced was both instant and effective.
I quite simply had to buy one for my personal use; probably the best impulsive decision that I have made in all my 77 years.
I have chronic PRIMARY LYMPHOEDEMA. Primarily from the waistline, down both legs and feet, including toes. My condition is managed by MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) and the all-day, every-day wearing of compression hosiery. I also have less troublesome Primary Lymphoedema in my upper body.
Over the past 17 years, I have become extremely reliant on my Deep Oscillation machine. On average, I use it about 2-3 times per week. Much more frequently when I am in crisis. It is excellent for 'unblocking' the Lymphatic drainage system. It also provides very significant pain relief to swollen and backed-up areas, notably in the region of the Lymph nodes. It is small, discreet and transportable. It pretty much goes where I go. Especially abroad on holiday. It has become a very dependable friend.
The benefit that I derive in terms of pain relief is immeasurable. I have just ordered a replacement cable, the very first breakdown after 17 years of fairly constant use. That is in my submission, a testament to the excellent quality of the product. Would I invest in another when /if mine eventually fails? That is, as they say, 'a no-brainer'! I most certainly would.
Thank you, Julie, at Physiopod, for your excellent customer care and professional service.
You may use this testament, and include my name if you wish,
Kind regards,
Trevor Spinks
