Shelia Spence is a registered general nurse, with over twenty five years experience.

Following many years of working in a hospital setting Shelia now works part time as a community nurse and has been offering massage since 1997. She qualified with the Le Duc School for manual lymphatic drainage therapy in 2004.  Following training, Shelia uses MLD combined with DEEP OSCILLATION®to manage lymphoedema and for post traumatic swelling.
