About Peter Mulrean

Peter is a Chartered Physiotherapist and member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapist. Having previously studied a BSc in Statistics in UCD, he received a Higher Certificate in Human Physiology and Health Science from the Institute of Technology Carlow before completing a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in Northumbria University Newcastle in 2010. He has a wealth of experience working in a wide variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient departments in the UK, where his main interests were orthopaedics & general Musculoskeletal/sports injuries. Since returning to Ireland in 2010 he is constantly updating his skill set in order to provide his patients with the best level of care available, training in dry needling therapy among others. A former pupil of Blackrock College and keen rugby player, he provides physiotherapy services for a number of teams around Dublin. Peter has spent a season involved with the Dublin senior and 21’s hurling panels, providing functional screening and pitch side cover. Currently he is working with Leinster branch in their under 18’s academy and is Head Physiotherapist at Blackrock College RFC.
