Since being diagnosed with tennis elbow last September I had been unable to hold anything heavier than a pen. I went through cortisone injections, NHS physiotherapist and private physiotherapist, but none were of any great benefit. I was becoming very depressed as last year I played tennis 3 - 4 times a week and golf once a week - and up to 6 weeks ago I never thought I'd do either again.
Then a friend recommended Thera-people to me. What a revelation - someone who listened, someone who explained and someone who wanted to achieve the best for me. I had 3 Hivamat treatments (just the hour in relaxing environment is a boost) and have now played three rounds of golf and last night (in the sunshine) went to club night and played 2 set of tennis. And no adverse reaction today!
