1 What condition had you been diagnosed with/or what problems were you having?
I had not been diagnosed with exactly whatever my condition was although the area in question was my shoulder. I believe a recent impact injury was the cause of this and I decided to get professional help after 2 months of pain. My original contact was by phone and my subsequent initial consultation with Therapeople was conducted extremely well. I was very impressed at what I saw and the surroundings were very relaxing. The sensation of the Hivamat Therapy was painless, firm yet gentle and very relaxing. Immediately after the treatment the pain subsided and following days were pain free.
