1    What condition had you been diagnosed with/or what problems were you having?
A very painful achilles tendon.

2     What do you think caused this condition?
Running on the running machine at the gym.

3     How long had you been suffering with this condition before a final diagnosis from your GP or other professional?
About a month.

4    How did this condition affect your daily life?
It was very painful in the mornings when I first got out of bed and was uncomfortable to walk.

I am a friend of Julie's from college and she told me that she was setting up Therapeople.

I thought it was very informative and was set out in a very clear manner that was easy to understand and follow

I rang the Therapeople business number and had spoken to Julie

8    How thorough did you find your initial consultation with Therapeople and how was this conducted?
The first consultation was very thorough, as Julie wanted to gain as much information about me, my lifestyle and my condition as possible.  It was conducted in an extremely professional manner over the phone. I then had another consultation when I went to the treatment room. Julie put me at complete ease. I felt extremely relaxed and felt that I could trust Julie totally

9    What was your first impression of the treatment room in which your
treatment was carried out?
I think that the treatment room has a very welcoming, cheerful feel to it.  I love the way that it is set out and the colour creates a very happy and calming atmosphere.  The decor is very tasteful and the salt rock candle holder/candles and the  mood light that are used add to the whole experience.

10    Please describe the sensation of the Hivamat therapy?
A very comfortable sensation which was quite light with minimum pressure.  As the rest of the body that is not being treated is wrapped in towels I felt very warm and cozy throughout

11    Please describe the effect of the treatment immediately after?
I immediately felt that some of the pain had eased after the treatment.

12    Please describe the effect of the treatment the next day and
subsequent days?

13 Would you/have you recommended this treatment to anyone else?
I have told many people about the treatment and I recommended it to my Dad who then went to Therapeople for treatment for his Tennis Elbow and back trouble.  I will continue to spread the word about how effective the Hivamat treatments are as I have been extremely impressed by the whole experience and how professionally the treatments have been carried out.

14    Will you return for treatment?
If I ever find I have any other condition that is causing me pain, then I would not hesitate to return to Therapeople for another treatment.

15    How did the treatment compare with other treatments you've had?
It was a lot more effective than normal massage treatments that I have had in the past, and the results were almost immediate.

16    Do you feel you have received value for money?
I think that the treatment was fairly priced and worth every penny.
