Background: Client is a 76-year-old female with Osteoarthritis, particularly affecting the left knee. A total knee replacement was carried out in January 2018 and the replacement took well. However, in April 2018, a non-pitting swelling developed in the operated leg, which was not draining overnight. A referral was made to the local Lymphoedema Services.
