I used the Ice wrap after I had received an injury to my right thigh.  I had a very bad bruise caused by a cricket ball and it was very swollen and sore. The swelling and bruise were fading well, although it was still sore, when I received another blow to the same area (ouch!) I immediately used the wrap and left it in place until I arrived home after the game. I must admit that I thought it would be colder on my leg than it actually was, but my leg didn't swell or bruise as bad as it had the first time (though the blow was not quite as hard as the first one) and my leg recovered a lot quicker. I think it's a great idea that you can reuse it a few times and now I carry it with me when I have a game of cricket and will certainly use it again if needed. Nevertheless, I am trying very hard to use my bat now instead of my leg when batting in a game!!

 

On the whole it's a great product and I would highly recommend it.
