About Julia

 

Julia is a natural health therapist, movement specialist and tutor with 20 years experience in health care. Specialising in complementary therapies and utilizing a range of massage techniques and reflexology Julia tailors her treatments to her clients needs. With NHS and hospice care as part of her work she can offer safe and suitable exercise and therapies for clients post surgery or during cancer treatment also manual lymphatic drainage for lymphoedema, combining with DEEP OSCILLATION® where clinically appropriate. Julia’s work has also meant many years of providing reflexology to pregnant women and stressed advertising executives! Julia teaches hatha yoga also Tripudio Movement, an exercise and movement programme of which she is co-founder, as a fascial fitness instructor this influences her classes.

Julia has taught reflexology and aromatherapy at diploma level, cpd days for qualified therapists as well as introductions for those with an interest in self help. Her training programmes include Tripudio Movement and M technique, a touch therapy training for carers and therapists and others wishing to learn a gentle hypnotic touch therapy to use on friends and family.
